You will receive a confirmation and an invoice after you complete the registration. The registration fee is due in full after receipt of the invoice prior to the start of the event. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations at least four weeks prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that time or in the event of non-attendance. The organizer reserves the right to modify the program.
