Trainees

Students
We don’t overlook students, either: We have a presence at Germany’s technical colleges and universities, where we give various lectures and teach students about topics such as agile project management (at the University of Hildesheim), entrepreneurship in MBA renewables (at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin), and cloud native software development (at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences).
It might be an internship, a student job, or a thesis placement: In all cases, you’ll be actively drawn into exciting projects, you’ll be given challenging tasks early on, and you’ll contribute to the continuous development of our company!
Deutschlandstipendium
At Novatec, we see the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship program as more than just an important way of acquiring employees: We see it as our social responsibility to commit ourselves to the new employees of the future while they’re still studying. We work closely with various universities throughout Germany and encourage students along their individual paths.
We want young people to be able to develop their talents without obstacles. That’s why we award scholarships for outstanding student achievements and are available to students as a patron and sparring partner during their student careers. Thanks to our wide range of student activities, scholarship students can gain practical experience with us at any time. Let’s get started!
Find the perfect flow with us!
People who wish to see for themselves how we tick and live the “perfect flow” can take part in summer schools or hackathons to gain insights into various topics such as machine learning, IoT, and business process management.
We also take part in recruiting fairs at technical colleges and universities, are involved in sponsorship schemes, and actively promote cooperative agreements with universities.
