Our SAFe® Scrum Master course equips participants to develop and coach agile teams to be more successful in a scaled environment. This SAFe® SSM certification training focuses on professional and personal skills required to be effective as a Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization. Our training also demonstrates methods on how to work more effectively with remote and distributed teams.
Learn how Scrum Masters empower and lead agile teams. Understand how to design agile events such as iteration planning, team synchronization and iteration retrospectives in a more targeted way. Discover how you can support teams in planning and executing their work with SAFe® Scrum and Kanban. You’ll also learn the principles of servant leadership and team development to help you develop high-performing, engaged and continuously improving teams in your own organization.

SAFe® Scrum Master certification training is an ideal enhancement for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters as well as specialists and managers in a scaled environment who already have some experience with Agile and/or Scaling and would like to expand on this.
Scrum Master training (classic) is not mandatory, but gives those who attend it an advantage.
Course Description
As a SAFe® 6 Scrum Master (SSM), you will enhance your personal skills to optimally support agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ART). This includes supporting important events at team and ART level, building and expanding an agile team, identifying potential obstacles, establishing SAFe® values and principles and much more.
In this two-day course, you learn what challenges a Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization faces and how to overcome them successfully. SAFe® Scrum Master training explores the Scrum Master’s role in an business context, as opposed to traditional Scrum Master training which focuses on the fundamentals of Scrum at the team level. It also enables you to successfully plan and execute Planning Interval Planning (formerly: Program Interval Planning), the key requirement for coordination at all levels of a SAFe® organization.

As an SPC, I prioritize strategic approaches, emphasizing measurable business objectives, tangible results and a clearly defined purpose. My commitment to continuous learning is evident in the variety of certifications I have earned, including PSM I, SPS, KMP I, SA, RTE, LPM and APM.
My motivation as a coach is to provide organizations with a robust framework for structural improvement and to empower individuals with the tools necessary to be successful in their respective roles.

As I am also a SAFe® SPC, I also conduct international certification workshops for companies in the SAFe® environment, such as SAFe® SA, SAFe® SM, SAFe® SASM and many more.
My professional focus lies in scaling and transformation management. My goal is to make training as lively as possible. For me, this means finding an ideal mix of theory and practice – combined with a vibrant exchange between participants and trainer to make the learning experience more dynamic and tangible.
