SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification training is ideal for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters as well as specialists and managers who already have some experience with scaling.
Course participants expand their existing agile knowledge in order to successfully meet scaled environment challenges with Scaled Agile Framework.
Participants gain an understanding of the challenges in product management and how successful cooperation with product owners, product managers and agile teams can work in a scaled environment.
Through SAFe® coaching and facilitation training, participants learn more about dealing with team conflicts, building high performance teams, establishing communities of practice and challenges with Scrum Anti Patterns. In addition, topics such as the application of Kanban practices and metrics, the challenges of Inspect and Adapt events and the support of effective PI planning play an important role in the training. In terms of the program, project and company context, it is extremely important to address one’s own role, that of the SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer and the actual Agile Release Trains.
To better internalize this Safe Advanced Scrum Master course content, theoretical SAFe® components alternate with practical exercises and group discussions. This combination provides participants with a comprehensive knowledge and method toolbox after the course. This enables participants to meet daily challenges as Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in a scaled environment and support their agile teams’ success.
The 2-day course is conducted by our experienced SAFe® Program Consultants. During the 2 days, participants’ respective backgrounds are taken into account and the theoretical content is conveyed in a practical manner.

Target Group
Professional
The training is aimed at Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, team leaders, project managers and executives who have already gained experience in a scaled environment. We recommend solid knowledge of Scrum and agility or one of the following certifications as a basis for the training: SAFe SSM, PSM I, ASM. The required basics can be acquired, for example, through our Scrum Master Training or Professional Scrum Master Training.

My drive is to strengthen transformation processes across organizations to remain competitive in a post-digital world. As an SPC, I prioritize strategic approaches, emphasizing measurable business objectives, tangible results and a clearly defined purpose. My commitment to continuous learning is evident in the variety of certifications I have earned, including PSM I, SPS, KMP I, SA, RTE, LPM and APM.
My motivation as a coach is to provide organizations with a robust framework for structural improvement and to empower individuals with the tools necessary to be successful in their respective roles.

As I am also a SAFe® SPC, I also conduct international certification workshops for companies in the SAFe® environment, such as SAFe® SA, SAFe® SM, SAFe® SASM and many more.
My professional focus lies in scaling and transformation management. My goal is to make training as lively as possible.
