Leading SAFe®
Leading SAFe® is the ideal preparation and support for SAFe® transformations. You receive an introduction to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and key topics. Specifically, this includes setting up a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, Lean Portfolio Management, Lean Thinking, Flow, effective support for agile teams and technical agility, PI Planning and specific topics such as DevOps culture and Product Development Flow. Furthermore, this Leading SAFe® course provides you with an overview of SAFe® configurations and can thus serve as a basis for scaling decisions. This Leading SAFe® course is suitable for all levels, specialists and managers who would like to obtain a deeper understanding of the processes, methodologies and mindset in a SAFe® environment.
This 2-day course is delivered by our experienced SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) trainers.
Novatec is a Scaled Agile Inc. Bronze Partner and has internal SAFe® SPCs who on the one hand, have sound training experience and on the other hand, have many years of practical experience in a scaled environment and share this with the participants in an agile way.

The participation fee is €1,300 plus VAT for on-site training and €1,250 plus VAT for online training including training documents. The participation fee already includes the examination fee for the first attempt.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented agile methodologies in various industries such as banking and insurance, healthcare and IT. These experiences have greatly enhanced my practical understanding regarding the need for agile methods and provided me with first-hand examples illustrating the tangible benefits of adopting SAFe.
My drive is to strengthen transformation processes across organizations to remain competitive in a post-digital world. As an SPC, I prioritize strategic approaches, emphasizing measurable business objectives, tangible results and a clearly defined purpose. My commitment to continuous learning is evident in the variety of certifications I have earned, including PSM I, SPS, KMP I, SA, RTE, LPM and APM.
My motivation as a coach is to provide organizations with a robust framework for structural improvement and to empower individuals with the tools necessary to be successful in their respective roles.

In all these years I have been able to continually deepen my knowledge and as a trainer, I can offer a wide range of agile training courses and workshops, including Agile Intro and Agile Boot Camp. As I am also a SAFe® SPC, I also conduct international certification workshops for companies in the SAFe® environment, such as SAFe® SA, SAFe® SM, SAFe® SASM and many more.
My professional focus lies in scaling and transformation management. My goal is to make training as lively as possible. For me, this means finding an ideal mix of theory and practice – combined with a vibrant exchange between participants and trainer to make the learning experience more dynamic and tangible.
