Course Description
This Lean Portfolio Management course helps executives, Project Management Officers (PMOs) and other key stakeholders to plan dynamically and be flexible enough. These are important qualities for adapting agile initiatives and budgets as the market changes. You will also learn how to link portfolio strategy and initiatives to agile planning and task execution, how to integrate feedback from participatory budgeting, and how to adapt to change while maintaining product vision and roadmap.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented agile methodologies in various industries such as banking and insurance, healthcare and IT. These experiences have greatly enhanced my practical understanding regarding the need for agile methods and provided me with first-hand examples illustrating the tangible benefits of adopting SAFe.
My drive is to strengthen transformation processes across organizations to remain competitive in a post-digital world. As an SPC, I prioritize strategic approaches, emphasizing measurable business objectives, tangible results and a clearly defined purpose. My commitment to continuous learning is evident in the variety of certifications I have earned, including PSM I, SPS, KMP I, SA, RTE, LPM and APM.
My motivation as a coach is to provide organizations with a robust framework for structural improvement and to empower individuals with the tools necessary to be successful in their respective roles.
